    • 52kg, had to lower safety bars another notch… squatting deeper baby!
    • 11 reps, 9 reps, 9 reps
  • Plate curl
    • 10kg
    • 7 reps right hand, 3 reps left hand
  • 10 mins inverted with gravity boots
